- The expected delivery duration will be mentioned at the time of booking or by call.
- If Silichung Group has suspicion or knowledge, that any Customer is or has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity directly or indirectly , Silichung Group reserves the right to disqualify such Customer and any related Customers.
- Silichung Group shall not be responsible if some purchase is not registered or is lost due to any network issues/problems such as breakdown of machinery, unclear/ disruption in the network or non-receipt of payment from banks/payment gateways.
- Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the end customer and the network operator without involving Silichung Group.
- Silichung Group shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of Nature , Governmental actions, force majeure circumstances, or any other reason beyond its control.
- The Prizes cannot be resold at any point in time.
- This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Nepal .
